What issues are you facing at work? How is it impacting your performance and wider sense of self? Whether it’s a new opportunity you need to get right, conflict with your Chair or a colleague, a realisation that you need more from your role, or a specific incident you replay too often in your mind, we start with this. Together, we pay attention and acknowledge what is going on, what is at stake, and your choices. The aim is to bring more options to your professional life, and better integrate your instincts and strategic rationale in your working life.

Jennifer supports professionals to become better, more balanced, and ready to develop new aspects of themselves.

Because navigating a high-pressured career can challenge even the most exceptional people.
